These terms cover purchases made through AIBusinessFlow.net, including Contractor Leads (Standard and Premium/Reactivation). By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.
Standard Leads — $149 one-time purchase. A batch of 30 verified addresses statistically due for a repeat service in your selected trade and cities, sourced from public permit records. This is a single purchase, not a subscription — you can order again any time.
Premium Reactivation Leads — Starter ($299, 15 leads) or Growth ($499, 30 leads), one-time purchase. Available only to contractors who qualify under our eligibility criteria and have a valid access code. Delivers a batch of your own past customers statistically due for a repeat job, matched against public permit records.
Neither product is a subscription. You are never billed automatically, and there is nothing to cancel.
Your batch is delivered two ways: live on the order confirmation page as soon as it's ready, and as a redundant copy by email. For most cities this happens within minutes of payment. For cities where our automated lookup can't complete, delivery may take up to 3 business days — you don't need to do anything in that case; we'll email you directly.
Partial batches are automatically refunded. If we can verify fewer than the full batch size for your selected cities, we deliver what's genuinely available and automatically refund you the proportional difference — no request needed.
If we can't deliver anything within 3 business days, contact us at sales@aibusinessflow.net for a full refund.
Premium Leads: your eligibility is verified against our own data before you're charged. If a valid access code fails to produce your batch, contact us for a full refund.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
All payments are processed through Stripe's secure, PCI-compliant checkout. We never see or store your card number.
Leads are sourced from public government permit records. We do not guarantee that any specific homeowner will respond to outreach — only that the addresses provided meet the stated criteria (permit history, trade match, and time-since-permit threshold) at the time of delivery.
We may update these terms as our products change. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date above.
